Nothing great begin meaningful, every journey to greatness starts foolish. Executive, it is perfect when people see you as a mad man, because it is only a mad man that nobody stops — they clear way for them. No vision speaks in the beginning, the end is better off.

I did not have full knowledge about web development when I developed doacWeb using PHP. I was very active in blogging, yes I started my journey as a blogger; today I am among the top people in the tech world. Executive, it never happened overnight, it took insults, criticism, side mockery, unbelieves — to get there. You are copy content and posting on your blog, that was the words of most of my colleagues in the federal polytechnic ekowe said to me. 

You never achieve greatness pleasing people, if you successfully please everyone — you have loose yourself! Stay true to your vision, be strong in faith, be yourself — and fill with knowledge. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; not lack of money. For without vision, the people have no direction. It is those that have vision, take on a mission. 

I never embark on any mission without having a clear vision, take the path that direct in getting the vision accomplished. Know this, knowledge is what empowers you for achievement. Investment in sustainable knowledge is the key to unlimited achievements — good works is the pathway to greatness. Using your skills or field to do good works to the society, impacting the lives of people: that is the pathway to being great. 

And this is charged by responsibility, taking responsibility for your vision to be accomplished. Or else the vision will just be a balloon vision; having dreams that can only be imagine but cannot be established in reality. Seek what it takes to achieve your vision, take the path that guarantees mission completed, seek the knowledge that makes giants — only with these people climb the mountain of greatness.
