Success can sometimes make people arrogant. They begin to feel superior, look down on those who are still struggling, and slowly lose the respect and genuine relationships that helped them get there.

True success is not measured by how high you rise, but by how humbly you stand at the top. Humility earns lasting respect, strengthens meaningful relationships, and provides the support needed to remain successful. 

Work hard. Chase your goals. Celebrate your achievements. But never forget where you came from. Stay connected to your roots, treat everyone with respect, and lead with gratitude.
