The companies that will outsmart the present giant industries are not those with billions in their accounts or those with great amounts of investors at their desk. The only way a company can beat the giants in its field or market is building capacity to carry everyone along the journey and have good characters traits.

Capacity takes you to the top, characters keep you at the top, I am talking about good characters. Doing things differently is important, doacWeb cannot be doing what Opera News is doing, like copy and paste, and you expect us to be in 180 territories and countries. We will die off, and possibly remain hidden.

Executive, if you are asking me about the future, the future is thrilling and full of disasters for mankind. I will say that, because if Christ will tarry the only means doacWeb and others that really want to be relevant in the future is how we manage time and change. The world is changing fast and we at doacWeb must follow the truth and move faster than the world.

What I am saying, Executive, for you to be the leader of the game, you have to be six times ahead of the game. It is a chess game, your aim is to get the king and the queen. Look pass the soldiers, don't kill anyone if possible — be kind and relaxed and always be smarter than the tools. Wisdom is stronger than the weapons of war: so you must need wisdom to be more powerful than the powerful weapon of any nation.

If a company is fast and good in managing time and changes, they will forever remain relevant and alive in the world today and in the future to come. Because the only killer of every business is the fear of the unknown. I have been running business since my age of 16 years old officially, and I began as a blogger; of the truth I was told to move to content aggregator by the Spirit of Truth — I am not saying this to bring Christianity here, I am telling you how I got the idea.

Immediately I wrote it down, and execute the project — I am in the same race with content management industries. Artificial intelligence might be seen as the future, and that same future is people economy. How fast we can manage time and changes, will tell if we are ready for the future. By 2032, I am predicting here, doacWeb will be public for everyone in the world to have a piece of the company they are building. From the employee at doacWeb, to the people in the market, to those outside Africa and in Africa.

Why this? I was instructed to be a river that flows to nations, own a company of nations. Executive, for doacWeb to be a company of nations, we have to allow nations to give to it's purse, while participating in growing the company for everyone to be wealthy. I want all my public companies to serve nations by not just making and giving values to people; but also letting everyone in the world earn a decent living from the product or service they are using everyday from our public companies.

We are in the people economy, were people want to be part of the revenue shares of the company whose product or service they are using. So at this time, it is a new change — we have to be very flexible and at alart in the time and seasons we are, if we really want to be relevant and remain at the top. Executive, the future is shaped by the decision we make today, the future is about how fast we run ahead of the world, then only can we be the leader of the world.

And the Spirit of Truth will come upon you, He will tell you things to come and teach you in all truth. That's why I am not afraid of the future, because when I was told that the world is entering the creator's economy, I asked what should I do, I was asked to move into letting everyone to contribute content on doacWeb. Boom we did it. I am told that the world's end is fast approaching, and the world is entering into people economy, which I just explained how it is done. And we are going on that path. 

When the world fully entered the people economy, money will be irrelevant again, so how can people value the exchange transactions — they will be given a digital ID. So when money is irrelevant, because everyone will be having money enough to care, and robots will be at the service. Jobs will be lost, people will be lazy, only few high profile people that will be controlling the world at that phase. So I think the future is thrilling and full of disasters for mankind, as I said. 

With the digital ID, people can then buy and sell, everyone with it. You don't have it, your excess money in the bank is useless, you have the millions but cannot buy anything with it. Like the song, some have food but cannot eat. So that's it. I believe doacWeb is not just a Nigerian company, it is now a global giant empire that everyone is going to enjoy the people economy as they get ready to follow us in moving faster than the world, and managing time and changes effectively.
