 News maker don't sit down and watch news. Those that create news, don't sit in front of the TV or radio, to listen and probably watch the news.

If you want to be a millionaire, help people become millionaires. You want to be prosperous, teach people to be prosperous. You want to make money, solve people's problems. 

Executive. No one makes news from noises, but noises can be curated from a sparking news. We can see that everywhere, every hours and even today. You don't make news from noise, you don't need noise to make news — many people are making noise everywhere, parading around thinking they are making news. 

No one becomes great by just folding of hands. I don't like it, then change it. What you don't confront, you cannot conquer — what you don't want, don't watch it. Executive. That is to say; you don't want poverty, don't watch yourself becoming poor.

You are saying, they are attacking me. Back to the stadium where we have like 32,000 seated, 22 players in the field — I am talking about football sport or football game. Executive. It is the player with the ball, they attacks, so he won't achieve any goal. Now, the 22 players in the field are generally creating news that more than 32,000 people will talk about. And they are making their money at the spot.

I like watching cartoons, events and little of sports: to capture life applicable lessons, I mean also life applicable teachings. You watch it for only entertainment, I watched for both entertainment and education.

Be value added, be a global citizen. It is those that serve in service, that get to the next level. It is the value you adds, and not what you have that get you promotion. Executive. Those in service serving get to the next level; they must be serving in service — to be to the next level of their life and career.

And those that add values, are those that get promoted. So therefore promotion is given to those that adds values and not those that have either skill or capacity or certification. You get promotion by what you adds, and not what you have.

Executive. Most people are struggling in their called field of play, because they lack clear vision and direction. They have not seek for what it takes to outshine others in the field, they lack the insights to be empowered above struggles — that is why they are there still struggling and in poverty. Continue so you won't be stagnant. A moving train is better than a standby aircraft — a train that is in motion moving; is better than a sitting plane, a standby aircraft. Executive. Continue so you be stagnant.

If you desire the top, continue in improving yourself and delivering excellence at work, deliver excellence at what you do and keep building yourself. Being at the topmost top need continuous journey, not this moment you are active — next moment you are offline. You cannot achieve the top and success, like that!
