In building a company, you have to first build a product, it is the product that define your company. Most people rush to build company without having a product. The soul of every business is not to make money but to make people happy. 

If your products are not making people happy, you tend to loose your wealth to other person over there. That's the reality of business. I see most entrepreneurs focusing on making money over making customers happy. Are your customers happy about your offer, are they okay with your prices; you must consider these.

Executive, a great efforts does not make a company great — it is great minds that build a great company. Every great company out there, are known for a great product or service they offer to the world. Here is the question: is my product making people happy? Are people enjoying what we offer?

Facebook is a product, YouTube is a product, doacWeb is a product, Starlink is a product — you all see these products are great products out there in the world, and because of how people are enjoying these products: these companies set to hire great minds to make the company (itself) to be great.
