The National Wrestling Alliance is moving up. At the Crockett Cup tapings, Joe Galli announced that Powerrr will air on Comet later this year in 2026. Comet’s catalog of programming is focused on science fiction shows and movies. The channel is owned by Sinclair Broadcasting Network. Sinclair used to be the home for Ring of Honor prior to Tony Khan acquiring the promotion. Details were scarce from the NWA. No premiere date was revealed.

Landing on Comet is progress for the NWA. This will be the first actual television deal in the Billy Corgan era. Here is some context about the reach of the network.

Comet launched on October 31, 2015. The channel is currently available over the air, on cable, streaming for free online, Roku, and Apple TV. Check to find the channel in your area (here).

For those wrestling aficionados who have fallen off the NWA radar, the current top champions are Thrillbilly Silas Mason holding the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship and Natalia Markova holding the NWA Women’s World Championship. NWA Powerrr airs every Tuesday at 8 pm ET on Roku Sports.
