doacWeb have set to follow NIKE strategy to grow in speed against structure. Nike ends 10-years strategy to use 3-month play, according to reports in previous years. doacWeb announces their abandonment of 3-year strategy to 3-month strategy. 

“We are no longer going to work with 3-year play but on 3-month play. Speed is now more important than structure. We are set to work with every single 3-months on the sprint. We are now based on every single 3-months of the year — quarterly. We are going to try something or anything: if it work, we iterate; if it doesn't work, we dump it.

We do really iterate quickly as need, this is the advantage we are going to have over big companies in the lists — while working on long-term vision and mission. Also while we focus on the four Ps of marketing: Product, Price, Promotion, and Place. Putting the four Ps of marketing together plus People focused and Purpose driven; in competitive to move from top to bottom, bottom to top, inside to outside and outside to inside.

Speed is important, Adonay will help us! Channeling to somebody else's customers; we need to get the insights. Every customer we got or we want, is someone else's customer. Learn how others does get these customers, reach them and how did they get them to buy — we need to build our marketing strategy on that insight. We have to keep learning, learn how to sell, create customers, keep customers and grow customers, get sponsorship and create generations of money.

We have and need to start now — just do it! Not seeking for perfection because done is better than perfect. We can go back to rework on the project or product, making finished work better. We are eyeing progress not perfection — recording progress. We just have to get started, test and test, keep pushing, keep building, keep promoting, keep learning, keep networking, keep investing, keep loving, keep supporting, and keep growing.

We are after being alive and productive as a business. In all, we rethink — we have no 3-year plan, we have a 3-month plan. That's the new strategy we adopted to grow with speed. Abandoning the 3-year plan. Definitely we will win, maybe not today nor tomorrow nor next year — but we will win, that's the aim.”
