A newly graduated Nigerian has appealed to President Bola Tinubu to appoint him as Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) just 10 minutes after completing his graduation ceremony.

The request was made in a TikTok video posted by content creator @j_perfect1, where the graduate expressed his ambition to lead the apex bank immediately after receiving his certificate.

In his words: “I just graduated 10 minutes ago and I never see work. I give you 24 hours, make me the CBN governor. You hear wetin I dey talk? I no wan dey follow them dey do all these things. In the next 24 hours, if I no see say you write application come give me, you go see wetin I go do.”

Though he declined to reveal his next move, the fresh graduate vowed to act if President Tinubu failed to appoint him within 24 hours.

The video quickly went viral, drawing a flood of reactions from social media users who shared their opinions on his unusual demand.
