Looking For A Job — Didi-Omah Augustine Chinazaekpere

Many people are going about seeking for a good paying jobs, yet no progress. So sad! I will show you some knowledge. Executive. Instead of looking for a job, why not be the job giver. It all starts from your mindset. I am glad over the times, I have help many people turn from job seekers to money makers. And non of them that are serious about your life and financial state, regrets meeting me — through my words, my business, at my office or whatever way.

I don't teach, but many said I do teach. I am a business man, an investor, an Industrialist and a Christian. We are not in a religious meeting, I will show you scriptures that built me up, I mean from the Bible, God's Word as a Christian. Use what you have. What do you have? A skill, a talent, a business idea, a knowledge — whatever.

Ummmm! If you ask me, start from somewhere with what your hand can do, and increase little by little — not in a hurry. Learn: marketing, advertising, sales, customers management, leadership, staff management, relations and networking, business management, product management, project management, soft skills; these I just mentioned are what we need to create values and make money from what our hand can do. Executive.

We need soft skills because we are in the era of artificial intelligence, AI can do everything except that of soft skills. Machine cannot work without someone program it to work that way. No programmer, no artificial intelligence. I know these because, I am a Computer Science graduate from Federal Polytechnic Ekowe, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. Proudly certified "Upper Credit". I build websites but I don't do that as core business, I created my own company with the knowledge, offering a product as business.

If you can teach, teach online. I learnt programming because I need it to build a web product, and we have doacWeb over in 180 territories and countries. If someone told you, that doacWeb is owned by a Nigerian in Nigeria; I bet you will doubt because the platform have international recognitions. I started blogging after my secondary school education (at the age of 16) before gaining admission into the polytechnic in December 2019, and advancing: from blogging to many things. 

Job alone cannot make you rich, I am not in the mood to talk about financial education. I have been saying this over the years, and I am still on it. So why going about looking for job? You can pay to learn a skill. You must know how to advertise and close sales, if you want to be rich. You must know how to sell; without selling you make no money. 

You already have a job, Executive. Then keep the job, and build a side business of your own. Invest in stocks, government bonds, real estate, other small businesses to scale — having a unit of ownership in them. Be an employee, an investor and a capitalist — then when you have enough money to stand strong — be an employer, an investor and a capitalist.

I don't know how to beg. I don't know how to seek for job: so I have to take charge and start with learning, then working and being who I want to be. Executive. I urge you to invest in knowledge to create the actual future you desire! Going about saying, "There is no job" is a sign of laziness and your lack mindset. There are opportunities everywhere, and these opportunities are found in challenges. 

Pick a problem, offer a solution to it — in form of product or service, market it to the public, sell it at affordable price to the people; boom you are making sales, also you are making money. It must be legitimate business, not illegal. Start local, think global — that's it. You don't need to succeed before you start, you need to start for you to succeed. You do not need enough money for you to be rich, you need enough knowledge for you to acquire and increase riches. 

So, Executive. Looking for a job, to me is same as chasing after money; both are endless race. Rat race, you want to be rich and successful. Build something that serve the world positively, solve a problem. You are not on earth only to feed your family, you are on earth to be a blessing to nations. And that has channel my thinking to global, when I start new product, I think of serving local people and reaching global markets. doacWeb, is my second product to reach global markets; and the first product to be in over 180 territories and countries — more than Doactalk.

I have built so many web projects from personal to school needs to corporate. Executive. It is never easy, but it is more better than being broke looking for job. Starting a business, know you will be broke at the beginning and for a moment. Seeking a job, only God knows when, you may end up with low payments for more than ten years. That can generate a bad impression in your brain that your certificate is a waste, school is scam! That is wrong. 

Funny thing, I not condemning looking for a job. I advised you start with what is in your hands, with all legitimate cost make a good living. Study hard and work long hours to outshine others in your field. What I do I am giving out, zero secrets to my global presence.
