FOR YOU TO BE WEALTHY BEFORE 30, BUILD THESE FOUR THING IN YOUR 20s — DIDI-OMAH REVEALS

doacWeb's founder, Didi-Omah Augustine Chinazaekpere, writes down four things those aspiring to be rich to do in their youthful years.

“Education is the key, and execution is everything. You to be wealthy, beyond riches, there are four build, you must do:

1. Build your self

2. Build a brand, a good name

3. Build a business

4. Build people

You don't need to be at 30 years of age, before building on these, build them now. You can start at your age, any age. If you really need wealth, you hate poverty — because poverty is a mentality that manifest in reality.

Let me explain these to you.

You must build yourself first, so you can handle, manipulate, control, lead people and manage things. Build yourself, by studying the Bible, books. Watching educational programs, transformational videos, knowledge-base programs, etc. Do research, read daily. Build yourself by connecting with people, building relationships — strong effective relationship with Adonay and with people. Acquire more knowledge, skills, insights than you play and partied.

Second, build a brand, a good name. A brand is not just a name, it is a pattern, the way you communicate, your styling, your colours, your servicing, your believes, etc. You have to build these, stick to them, be committed, be consistent, be true, be unique.

Let your brand be always availiable, showcase it in all your products and services, it should be always present in your produces. Do marketing and branding, with your brand. Build a business or corporate brand, and build your personal brand — two different brands, two identities — owned by you.

Third, build a business, you want to be a billionaire — start from millionaire, you must build a business. Turn your passion to business, turn your skill into business, turn your knowledge into business — learn how, turn what you love doing into business. If you love investing in shares, turn it into a share holding business — build an investment business for it.

Seperate your business life, activities, engagements, expenses, liabilities, profits — from you. Create systems, processes, structures that operate your business day by day non stop; do not operate your business yourself, your business should be operating under a system.

These are the three steps to build a company:

1. Build a product or service, that people want.

2. Build your company; structure, system, hire a small team of five to seven co-workers — let them work with you, not for you; get legal rights, and having cashflow.

3. Go professional, upgrade in every aspect of your company.

These are the three steps to outsmart big competitors and big market players:

1. Create a product or service that people want.

2. Create something that don't scale.

3. Talk to your users.

This is how to hire the right staff: ask him or her, 'this is what I want done', can you deliver it with goodness. Don't look at the certificate, his application papers, whatsoever — look at the person. It is the person that will do the job, not the paper. Invest rightly in business you understand.

Lastly, build people, people are the wealth. Build your employees, build your management team, empower your customers and people around you greatly. Be a transformational leader that empowers. The people you build today are your allies in tomorrow war — don't raise money, raise men.

Fame, finance, power — lies in the shoulders of people, to have it, it is from people. If you can infleuce the minds, and actions of people — you are wealthy, beyond riches. Invest in relationships, have strong network.

I repeat for you to be wealthy, not rich; you to be wealthy, beyond riches, there are four build, you must do:

1. Build your self

2. Build a brand, a good name

3. Build a business

4. Build people”
