TOKYO, Aug 3 (Bernama-Kyodo) -- Japan Airlines Co. said Monday its net profit for the three months through June plunged 80.2 per cent from a year earlier to 5.35 billion yen (US$34 million), hurt by surging fuel costs due to heightened tensions in West Asia, Kyodo News reported.
