WHY DO, AT TIMES, WE LOSE MOTIVATION IN LIFE?

Our Motivation to achieve is greatly driven by our needs. We always feel motivated when we do something to fulfil our true needs. 

Sometimes, we begin something with a lot of enthusiasm but soon find it hard to continue due to a lack of motivation. We tend to lose motivation because we choose to do something that is not truly needed, doesn't add value to our lives, or we are not really passionate about it. 

To keep yourself motivated, there has to be a hunger to achieve it. When you feel that achieving will bring a positive change and a significant difference, you wake up each day with a passion for pursuing it.
