“This is a True Leader” — doacWeb's Didi-Omah Points Finger

If you as a leader is not able to transform someone's life, like as a leader, your lifestyle, your pattern, your system, your success, your achievement was not able to transform someone's life. I'm not talking about a group of people or a community, just only one person. Like in the book of Luke, in the book of Luke chapter 15, Jesus Christ was talking about; my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was talking about how Heaven rejoiced, how the angels rejoices.

When one soul repented, just one person, just one soul repent. Then you are not a leader. So Executive, that simply means that if your lifestyle was able to change one person, you are a leader, yes, yes indeed! Okay now, take this real life example: when I met Kingsley Jackson Samuel, the now CEO, the founder of Growth Catalyst, I am giving based on my own observation and my limited knowledge, he was not a bookworm, he was not a book consumer, like me, reading and consuming books like that, a book studious person he was not.

If he is reading, if he's studying it is just for his exam so to pass. But ever since he met me, he saw the way I am dedicated in my blogging, he saw the way I was achieving record of success and thinking ahead about life after school, life after service. And that made him to, to say, well, Augustine, “I want to be like you how”. He always meets me anytime he feel like there's an idea he got and he need to execute it and he need the right direction.

And I always, by the wisdom of God and by the knowledge I was being privileged to expose to, Executive, with all understanding that God had given out to me, I was able to put him through. I was able to put him through. I love it, he wanted to get his first writing venture, he brought his blueprint to me. When he wanted to secure his stock, he called me, I was in my apartment, it was at night, he said, well, Augustine, this one support I need from you, it was at Bayelsa, he was at Yenagoa, I was at Ekowe — all in Bayelsa.

Um, now let me go straight to the point that Kingsley Jackson Samuel, the CEO and the founder of Growth Catalyst, was not a bookworm. Currently, he's a bookworm and he consume book. He may not be exactly as the world's standard of bookworm, but he consume books more than me. Then, my digital library, which happened to be on my laptop, on my local drive, which is my laptop drive, all of a sudden my laptop was stolen.

Then, since that laptop was stolen, I'm out of book there, there's so much, Executive, since the laptop was stolen, I'm able to my best to rebuild my digital library online. Now, I love it and Kingsley Jackson have books, filling his library, he bought every week, likely every week he get like three books — three new books, he read them, he bought them new from the bookshop, he read them. He executes what he is acquiring from those books purchased, and that is wisdom.

And there are some books that he have that I'm not even know if they exist, if they really exist, truth, I will allow you like, um, the diary of this; is it the diary of a CEO or the lifestyle, something like that. Another, the Art of Spending Money — ah, these books exists — I got to know about them from Kingsley Jackson Samuel. So it is all about your life changing someone's life; about your life, impacting people; like your lifestyle.

Some students' lives transformed when I was the NACOS president, when I became the NACOS president at Federal Polytechnic Ekowe chapter, it was like, you're a great leader. Ah, that was when I was privileged and able to become a godfather of someone who ran for SUG election and he won. So like, oh my God, this guy, you're a good leader.

By mandate: I reads two hours a day, I am talking about studying books. Everyday including Saturdays and Sundays — I study one chapter of the Bible, take notes on them, and meditate on the Word of God. I pray three times a day; I copy that from Daniel in the Holy Scriptures, I want to be excellent. Also from David, David said in Psalm, that he will pray in the morning, afternoon and evening! So I do theses everyday until I am dead.

I believe in love, I trust in Jesus Christ. I spend time to play, like exercise — I also watch interviews of great people. I watch ministrations and gospel messages from pastors from Nigeria and outside Nigeria. Theses are my daily and weekly activities. On Saturdays, I rest. Yes, I rest on Saturdays mostly. I take legal advices and teachings from lawyers on given time. Like I am very productive not busy.

A leader is one who must transform someone. He don't need to transform the nation. He don't need to transform the whole world. Just one person, heaven will rejoice. Just one person, the generations, thousands of generations will rejoice if Christ tarry. So as a leader, take it as a lifestyle — as a leader; your lifestyle, your achievements, your speech, your ways, your pattern, your character must change someone, transform someone.

And if you want to be a leader in the market, your product or services must change the way people do things, must change the way someone do things, must change the way someone get things done. Because it is when someone is happy about your products, is happy about your services; you do not refer someone up to it — the happy customer will do the referrals automatically for your business free. doacWeb is in over 180 territories and countries through this leadership pattern.

Transformation: our system, our services, our offer, everything, making sure that this must transform a business — improve lives. It must, it must transform the way someone see marriage, see life, see things. A true leader is a leader of transformation, a leader that gives people room to explore themselves, to see their potentials, to use their potentials, and to transform their lives positively.

Jesus Christ is a good example. Abraham is an example. And there are great examples in the Holy Scriptures, and so many examples outside the scriptures — in our world.

Executive, that is what a true leader is.
