Shotzi returns to NXT

She’s back after a long layoff due to injury. A lot can change in nine months, and much has changed in NXT. It was all the way back in February of this year that Shotzi was showing up in NXT and challenging Lyra Valkyria for the NXT women’s championship. Unfortunately, she suffered a serious knee injury with a nine month recovery time. It was about time for this, then: SHOTZI IS BACK!!!#WWENXT pic.twitter.com/y7ae5iufrt— WWE (@WWE) December 11, 2024 Indeed, Shotzi made her return to a much different NXT on this week’s episode of television, making the save for Tatum Paxley & Gigi Dolin as they were getting the boots put to them by Jacy Jayne, Jazmyn Nyx, and Fallon Henley. It would appear she’s aligning with the babyface squad to fight off the heels. And while she’s not immediately back in the NXT women’s title picture, she could, at the very least, be moving right into the women’s North American title picture. Either way, she’s back!
