Shocking Updates On Death of Nigerian Billionaire Igho Tiny As Thailand Clinic is Probed

A cosmetic clinic in Bangkok, Thailand, is facing an investigation following the death of Nigerian content creator and socialite Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, who died less than 24 hours after undergoing a penis enlargement procedure.

Ubiribo, a London-based Nigerian influencer, died on March 6 after receiving hyaluronic acid penile filler injections at the unnamed clinic. According to records from Westminster Coroner’s Court inquest obtained by PEOPLE, a post-mortem and toxicology examination concluded that his death was linked to the hyaluronic acid injection and a pulmonary embolism.

The case has now attracted the attention of Thai health authorities. On September 7, Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health ordered an investigation into the clinic to determine whether it had followed the required medical standards.

Authorities said Ubiribo had been visiting the facility since 2024 and had undergone five penile enlargement injections before his final treatment.

According to the clinic’s management, a doctor had advised him before the procedure on March 5 to divide the treatment into two separate sessions. Ubiribo, however, reportedly requested that the entire injection be administered in a single session.

Hours after the procedure, things reportedly took a tragic turn. Ubiribo complained of chest pain before suddenly collapsing. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors planned to conduct a CT scan, but he lost consciousness before the examination could be completed.

Medical personnel reportedly performed CPR for 101 minutes in an attempt to save his life. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at 1:05 a.m. on March 6.





Following his death, Thai authorities inspected the clinic as part of their investigation. The facility has maintained that Ubiribo signed consent forms before each treatment and was given aftercare instructions. Management also claimed that he had not previously reported any complications following his earlier procedures.
