Sweet almod

Beetroot

Ginger (atale funfun)

Lemon juice (osan jaganyin)

Garlic (alubosa ayyu)

Salt water

 *PREPARATION*

 Blend all this ingredients together

DOSAGE

Drink half glass cup of salt water before meal then after meal you will drink one cup of mixture twice daily 

Try to drink 2 to 3 litters of water in a day.
