Onyekachi Okafor Confident Heartland FC will Beat Relegation

In a bold statement, Onyekachi Okafor, a striker for Heartland FC, expresses his belief that the Naze Millionaires will successfully retain their position in the top-flight league by the end of the season.

Currently positioned in 19th place on the league table, the five-time champions of the Nigeria Premier Football League have so far accumulated six wins, 11 draws, and 15 defeats from their 32 games.

To secure their spot in the league, the Owerri-based club must emerge victorious in their remaining six games.

Okafor shares that the team is putting in immense effort and dedication to ensure their safety in the league.

Speaking to NewsNow, Okafor mentioned, “The support and motivation from the Imo State government have been instrumental in our quest for NPFL survival. We are highly optimistic about our chances of staying in the league this season.”
