Until the WHY is stronger, the HOW becomes easy. When the purpose is stronger, the steps will be revealed. So you have a strong desire to be in Lagos, the steps in getting yourself to Lagos will just popup immediately. Executive, so what you lack is determination. The strong determination is what brings about the process to achieve the target in your mind. 

Like I usually tell you, Executive, the man that said 'he cannot do this', and another that said 'he can do this' — both persons are correct in the real sense, they are correct totally. Slothfulness with procrastination lead to failure. Determination with discipline lead to success. So when you are not achieving your plans, because you have not attached a strong desire for it to be accomplished.

So nothing is impossible to achieve when love is present. Nothing! Love silence pain, love strengthen, love give meaning to any action taken for it's sake. Executive, when you are not achieving your goals, sit down and do what it takes to achieve them — be committed. Be committed.
