Nigerian singer and songwriter, Olawale olooforo, popularly known as Brymo, has slammed some of his colleagues during his recent interview with comedian Bae U in the latest episode of ‘Curiosity made me ask’.

Brymo, recognised for his top-charting songs, boasted that he works hard for his money to feed his parents, tagging himself as a grown up man.

The 37-year-old singer stated that his parents sit in their home while he sends money to them, unlike his colleagues whose parents follow them to their shows.

His revelation triggered massive reactions as fans speculated that he pointed his statement to his rival, Burna Boy.

He went ahead to brag about being a diligent man as he asserted that he does not borrow jets from his parents to pose online, leaving social media users wondering if the singer was throwing shades at Davido, who had just splashed billions of Naira on his new Bombadelier private jet

Brymo also revealed that he will rather go to hell than get signed into record labels owned by Davido, Burna Boy and Wizkid.

In his words, “I will rather go to hell than get signed by Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy. Listen, my parents are at home and I am the only child. I’m the one that go out to hustle and will be sending them money. I don’t carry anyone of them to follow me around. I am a grown man”.

“My father don’t give me anything, he doesn’t even borrow me jet to pose around”.
