IT IS NOT EVERYBODY'S ADVICE THAT YOU LISTEN TO

there are two categories of people in life, the Good/wise and the bad/foolish people, you can only fall into one of the categories, You can't be Good and Bad at the same time, in the same way you can't be Wise and Foolish at the same time. 

Every adult person you look up to today is either Wise or Foolish, they can't be both, so be careful with the people you receive advice from, what you should make sure you confirm is that are they wise or are they foolish, you can never get any good advice from foolish person.

For example a person who is not having a successful business cannot advice you on how to achieve a successful business, it is clear with the proofs that you are seeing that this person is a successful businessman, James Bezos can mentor you on business because there is proof that he is a successful businessman, but a man who is not a successful business man can not advice you and it would yield positive results because there are not evidences to proof that their advice would be fruitful.

Don't receive advice from a person who's Marriage has failed countless times, don't receive relationship advice from a person who abuses or insults their spouse, don't receive advice from a person that you can't see anything good surrounding their marriage. Don't receive advice from a cheat, a drunk, a gossip, a troubled spirit.

Such kinds of people have nothing to advice you on that would work for you, receive advice from people whose life is worthy of emulation, people who have been successful in life, marriage etc.

Be wise before you receive an advice from a person do your homework very well and make sure this person is not misleading you. Mind who you listen to it has an effect on you either negative or positive.
