“I Have No Servant Working For Me, I Only Have Staffs Working With Me” — Didi-Omah Augustine Chinazaekpere

I told people around me, including my wife; that they have zero rights to slap, hit, beat or insult any of my staffs. Because I have staffs not servants. No one working with me is a servant, they are staffs, for they are not working for me but working with me as their earthly master. Executive. I have no servants, because servants work for their master; I have staffs, and these magnificent people are working with me.

Those working in my house, are my house staffs not servants nor maid nor gateman. The one at the gate is a gatekeeper, a staff at the management of the gate. And every staff have the power and rights to leave, to remain, to be promoted, and to be wealthy. They are not under any boundage, they have freedom as human — because God who have place them under my authority and have entrusted them into my hands for their profitability, and their growth are my responsibility.

Do not chase people, attract people. Do not chase money to be rich, attract money to be wealthy. Wealth are entrustment and not entitlement, you are entrusted with wealth from God. Even Jesus Christ taught us this using the parables of the "talents" and "a wise servant" in the Bible. So you will see that Abraham was entrusted with wealth, possessions and people — and everything around Abraham increases. None of Abraham's staff was poor, even the government cannot even pay the tent keeper of Abraham (as of then).

My parents, my siblings, my relatives, my wife, my associates — have no rights to abuse my staffs without proper knowledge. Because they are working under you, doesn't make you their god. Who are you? You are using money to oppress people, what a wickedness! Because I owe everybody nothing. So what advantage do you have to abuse those working with me, sacrificing their time, energy, resources, activities to do the work I should not be doing; so I should be great, they deserve to be wealthy and successful too. 

Everyone must not own a business, but everyone must have investments they hold. I am telling you this. We don't chase money, we attract money by delivery values, and multiply the money through investments. Executive. All my staffs are precious to me, just as one soul is more precious to God than the earth itself. All the resources of earth cannot be valuable than a soul to Adonay, that is how my staffs are to our companies, our ventures and to me. 

I have never forgotten what I am? I am a businessman, an industrialist, an investor and a Christian. I know I have network of great people from different fields of life, from different countries in the world, from different beliefs, from different cultures, from different languages, from different families. I am an Ikwerre man, from Egbeda in Emohua local government area of Rivers State, Nigeria, West Africa. Like I said, I know my field: I am a businessman, an industrialist, an investor and a Christian.

Executive. Everything are entrusted to me by God not man. Everything are given to me by Jesus Christ. No one can tell he made me, how? Are you God? Thanks to those that God used and keep using to lift me up, Adonay blesses you forever. Always bear in mind, keep this in your head, and I, Didi-Omah Augustine Chinazaekpere, is telling you. Also letting you know: I have no servant working for me, I only have staffs working with me. I repeat: I have no servant working for me, I only have staffs working with me. That is the message.
