Ingredients:
✍️ 1 level cup of flour
✍️ 8 cubes of sugar
✍️ 1 egg (beaten)
✍️ Groundnut oil
✍️ 2 desert spoon water or milk
✍️ Flavouring e.g. nut Meg. bowl
✍️ 1/2 level baking powder.

To Prepare:
1. Dissolve sugar with small quality of water. Break agg and beat, add sugar. Add sugar mixture and baking powder to flour and mix with milk or water, mix to a stiff consistency.
2. Knead or work up flour lightly still smooth. Roll flat and smooth in a floured board with an empty bottle or rolling pin and cut into shapes.
3. Fry in deep or shallow oil until an attractively brown. Drain to remove surplus oil on fitter.
4. Your Chin-Chin is Served!
