A person's behaviour reflects what they are carrying in their heart. A kind person carries hope, positivity and joy, while an unkind person holds pain, hopelessness and unhappiness.

Sometimes people around us are so harsh that it hurts us. They find faults in us, try to pick on everything we do and make us feel unworthy. Behind their behaviour is actually the story of their own failure, pain and shortcomings, which they don't want to accept.

Be kind but cautious. If you can keep away from such people, maintain a distance. If you can't, ignore them, be strong and be more involved in yourself and you can help them heal, lend your helping hand.
