HOW CAN WE AVOID BURNOUT OR EXHAUSTION IN LIFE?

Burnout usually happens when we push ourselves to give more than we have. In the process, we neglect ourselves to an extent where we can't handle it anymore. 

Some of us find pleasure in making others happy. Whether at work or home, we try to stretch ourselves to make other people's lives easier. We look after their needs but completely forget about our own until one day, we reach our breaking point.

Give a little time to yourself. Pamper yourself or do things that refresh your mind and relax your body. Help others, but learn to refuse when you cannot do something. The time you give to yourself will benefit you and even others.
