Seth Berkley, former CEO of GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance, has written a new book — <a href="https://www.ucpress.edu/books/fair-doses/hardcover"target="_blank"   ><em>Fair Doses</em></a> — that tells the inside story of the effort to expand access to vaccines, especially to low- and middle-income countries. Berkley also outlines a vision for how the globe might do better next time.
