One of my Executives asked me, Didi-Omah why do you write everyday? Are you a writer or a teacher?

You can take me for both — as a writer and teacher. I write everyday because I read everyday, and I learn everyday. We are in an ever learning world — we are in an ever learning world. Certificate is just a paper licence that you went to school, it is not a proof that you are educated. You know I have this certificate and that certificate, really! Oya sit down let's talk, most of them are not even half educated as I am — thanks to Adonay.

Education, not necessarily to be in the university or polytechnic, if you do not have the funds to continue in that level. With quality education at the nursery, primary and secondary school — with acquisition of relevant information and skills, you are set to build your future. Executive. Going to the university or polytechnic is not necessarily, they are not the must access to success. We should not confuse schooling with education.

Many went to school, only few are educated. An educated person is someone who uses what he has learnt to solve real world problems, to serve the society, and to impacts lives. An educated person is a transformational leader in state. The must access to success is updated insights and value added skills. Mindset, money and methods — are needed to secure the next level in your field. Right mindset, with sufficient money and the right methods; these are needed to get to the topmost top. Climb little by little.

Don't jump the process, enjoy the process — be intentional about your success. Back to the first question, Executive. My downfall starts when I am bigger than learning. For me to know more, I have to write. For me to understand deeper, I have to teach around it. Knowledge is power, information gives knowledge. That is Executive, you can only get knowledge from information. Not anyhow information but relevant information in your field, around your field.

I am a born writer and regular researcher. That is what drive me to blogging and publishing articles everyday. I write everyday, I learn everyday, I read everyday. Investing in myself with updated insights and value added skills, to create the actual future I desire. So you now see that I am a writer and a teacher — despite being a business man and a Christian, focus on business and charity — being in the field. 

Executive. Don't confuse schooling with education. I believe you now get the answer to the questions, understand that there is no leader that is not a learner, great leaders are good students. Reading two hours a day, I try doing this, reading two hours a day. Except on Sundays, but other days, I get at least reading two hours a day. I can read above the two hours, but at least I read for two hours a day — it is what build me up to greatness. Executive.

I repeat: Certificate is just a paper licence that you went to school, it is not a proof that you are educated. Mindset, money and methods — are needed to secure the next level in your field. Right mindset, with sufficient money and the right methods; these are needed to get to the topmost top. Climb little by little. Don't jump the process, enjoy the process — be intentional about your success.
