And Jesus being followed by the multitude arrived by the sea side, asked for Simon Peter's ship, and Peter offered Jesus Christ his ship — Character. After Jesus Christ has finished His teaching, He said to Peter, cast your nets. Executive, mark the word 'nets'; I am saying the scripture as it is written in Luke 5. By heart possibly! Peter showed kindness to Jesus Christ at first time meeting.

Now when He had left speaking, He said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a catch. Into the deep and down your nets — Capacity. Simon Peter replied Jesus Christ telling Him all his efforts throughout the night, and no results! He took a step of faith, saying nevertheless by your Words — I will cast my net. Jesus Christ said 'nets', Peter said 'net' : see the difference here.

When they have down their net into the sea, they catches great multitude of fishes that their net began to break, and they call on other fishermen for assistance and use of their partners' ships — both the ships was filled and began to sink! The scripture I just quoted is a popular passage of the Bible. Most people have good characters and don't have the capacity, as Peter. 

Capacity is what you need to attain greatness, character is what maintain the greatness in your life. Most people have bad characters and they are expecting success. You never achieve success with bad characters — Peter was given great miracle because of his kindness, characters count! And no one exceed above his or her capacity. 

Executive. Capacity and Characters are what any man must have to be a great leader. Capacity is the principal, characters is the sustainer. For you to win the prize of the race of life, you must have the capacity required, and good characters that counts. Capacity secure you wealth, characters keeps you wealthy — even from the knowledge of the truth, we have found out that characters are what God scales to know if anyone is qualified to receive His blessings.

But capacity is what He looks at to put one in high places, like David, like Paul — capacity, Simon Peter was chosen to be head of the apostles by his character; and Paul did more than Peter by his capacity! You have bad characters, you are proud of it: see you can't get anywhere high with that characters. Most of you, uses memes — I so much love the Holy Scriptures, no passage of the scripture is isolated, they are all interconnected.

Life is a marketplace, and social media is a serious marketplace for the owners. You are using it for fun, people are using it to grow their capacity and business — the developers of the platforms are using it to make more billions in revenues — who is losing? It is only children that plays in the market. We played flute for you in the market and you did not dance — why will a responsible person be dancing in the market when he should be productive and profitable there.

"I for don settle down but my bad character no allow me" — it looks funny, it looks good to people. We are in the last days, in the last days many shall be boastful and proud, and you are in the circle. Come out! I never secured a good position in life by playing. I built my capacity to handle over trillion of dollars even when physically I don't have one million. I built my characters, that I was given special treatment in Benue State at my primary place of assignment. Not by praying for God's favour, and you have bad characters.

You are asking God for wealth, you don't have the capacity to handle riches — God is not a man. No one grows higher than his capacity, if your mind is small, you are small — forget your physical size. Executive, you must have to build your capacity through studies, meditations and prayers. Study to show yourself approved unto God — capacity. God brings down the proud and give grace to the humble — character. You have vision, but the information you are accessing is not the right information to bring your vision to reality. The enemy to right is good. Then go and get the right knowledge to create your vision into existence!

This is good, but is it the right thing I should be doing! We are living in a world where only few attain wealth and many want to be wealthy. The few wealthy people choose signal over noise — building themselves in capacity and character. My good characters that is been shaped by the Word of God — is what makes the tribe 'Ikwerre' known in Benue State, just like that. doacWeb never attain great heights without we increasing the capacity of the platform. Capacity is what you need to attain greatness, character is what maintain the greatness in your life. 

I will have to say, no matter how hard you pray without minding the steps to the topmost top, you cannot get there. Even Jesus Christ shown us that to the top need works, not just prayers. Not minding the steps, then not getting there is sure. Anybody can get to the topmost top, anybody can be a leader — because everyone have the potentials to be what they want to become.

Vision, for without it, there is no future. Direction is more important than speed, knowing where you are going and your field of play. Executive.

Where is my discipline? Which career do I belong to? Vision can also be direction. Until purpose is defined, leadership can not have expression. I think everyone have his or her calling, Executive. Some are called into politics, some into ministries, some into business, some into industries, some into academics — that is where they are called.

Until you discover your calling and purpose, you will keep struggling and never get to the top. Most Africans are satisfied with survival, only few are aim for impacts. Let me explain, when you can have food to eat, send children to school and live in comfort! What are you looking for? That's the mindset, so low. 

Executive. We have not even handled the earth, others have flied to the mars. Most people have not even board a plane, others have flied to the moon. We are here, doing "let me survive", I hate that saying. Majority blames the government for the outcome, my only authority is the Bible, and if the written Word of God does not say it, count me out. 

Have dominion over the earth and subdued it, where is Africa? We need to wake up, praying is not everything. Africa is a praying continent, it is a large religious continent on the earth. We cannot pray ourselves to wealth and leadership, we have more works to do. Executive.

We must have direction in life; define your field of play, so you don't become the jack of all trades and master of none. There are three ways to get direction into your field of play. 

Executive. One is heavenly vision, second is gifting or talent in you, and the third is passion — burning passion in you.

Mine is gifting in writing and teaching, and passion for business, especially investments and industries. God gave me a call in-line with my gifting and passion, for business and charity. You see, you can get yours and discover yours. Do so, to know where you belong in the field of life. Executive.

So invest in knowledge to create the actual future you desire. Build yourself towards increasing your capacity and having characters that attract and sustain wealth. Like I said, capacity is the principal, characters is the sustainer. Executive. More Success To You!
