Every person we meet in life is going through something. If someone is smiling or happy, we assume their life is sorted out.

The truth is that everyone is hurt deep within in some way. Not everyone shows their pain. Sometimes people have to keep a strong face; other times, they choose not to talk about it.

Be courteous to everyone in life. Neither judge others nor make assumptions about their life. If you want to really do something, support them in their journey to healing.
