Actress Sally Kirkland Battles Dementia After Years of Serious Health Struggles

Veteran Hollywood actress Sally Kirkland is currently facing a serious health challenge as she battles dementia.

Her representative, Michael Greene, confirmed the heartbreaking news to TMZ, adding that her longtime friend and former student, Cody Galloway, has been by her side throughout the ordeal.

This update comes after the 84-year-old star has endured several severe health issues over the past few years. In November 2024, Sally suffered a major setback when she fractured four bones in her neck, broke her right wrist, and injured her left hip. While recovering from these painful injuries, she developed two life-threatening infections, which further complicated her condition.
