1. Exude Confidence.

- Say to yourself - "I can do it". Positive self talk boosts your confidence greatly.

- Take a deep breath, relax. When you are tensed, you would struggle to find the right words to speak.

- Don't get stressed. 

3. Train Yourself To Speak Without Preparation.

- Public speaking doesn't have to involve writing a speech.

- Even if there is no time, you should be able to deliver a good speech.

- Practice public speaking more as a conversation than reading something to the audience. 

4. Keep It Simple.

- Worrying about every word in every sentence adds stress to your thought process.

- Use simple words, it makes audience to follow your flow easily. 

5. Learn And Use A New Word Each Day.

- Accept this as a challenge. This would seem tough in the beginning.

- Stick with it and keep making the effort, however, and you'll soon find yourself enjoying the daily challenge. 

6. Create Content With Agenda In Mind.

ANALYZE, BRAINSTORM, CREATE, DELIVER AND EVALUATE.

- Then explain "what could be done".

- Give examples. Watch the pace you talk. 

8. Master Your Non-verbal Behavior.

- Don't self block - by crossing your arms.

- Avoid self touch - it indicates nervousness.

- Use your hands to explain - shows openness.
