Our self worth depends upon how we feel about ourselves. When we value ourselves and feel worthy, we become self confident.

Once we feel confident, we are able to ignore those who try to make us feel inferior.

Sometimes, we get so much affected by what others think of us that we start to doubt ourselves. When we feel incapable, we miss opportunities, let go of relationships and close ourselves to life.
