Award-Winning Nigerian singer Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun professionally known as Wizkid has reacted following his recent statement where he referred to Don Jazzy as an influencer.

Wizkid, the “Essence” hitmaker recently addressed Don Jazzy as a social media influencer and by extension this sparks controversy online.

While some some drums their support behind Wizkid, others strongly criticized him as they accused him of disrespecting Don Jazzy who has been on the industry for over 20 years.

This reaction from Wizkid comes after Don Jazzy’s signee rapper Ladipoe mocks the Grammy Award winner over his “Hip Hop is dead” controversial statement.

Wizkid while responding after his fan called his attention to the tweet said he would never chat with someone like Ladipoe who signed to a record label owned by an influencer

This statement did not go down well with many netizens including VeryDarkMan who said Wizkid has no manners.

After kickstarting Monday, April 29th 2024 with early morning violence, Wizkid reacted after being criticized for calling Don Jazzy an influencer.
