“Whatever Your Hands Find To Do, Do It Well” — Didi-Omah Augustine Chinazaekpere

Because you are good at satisfying a need, does not actually mean is your calling. Executive. Not because you are good at something does not mean it is your calling. Most people are in the wrong tracks, it is not their calling they are fulfilling.

They are doing what people's needs, satisfying the needs — the society applaud them, they are recording progress. But they are not awarded, why? Because they were not enlisted in the names of those that have the calls. They just forge their own tracks and start the race — what a mistake?

There are always needs everyday, there are always needs everyday, there are always needs everyday. Executive.

I am a business man, that deal on investments and industries. I am a Christian, I believe in Jesus Christ, I worship Adonay: he is my father and creator. The Word of God is my only authority on earth, the Word of God is my only authority here on earth.

I would have been misled by many people, you have a call from God. What type of call? Man of God. Hahaha! Executive. I hears from God, I love writing and talking about facts, but is that exactly what God called me to. I went to God in prayers yet not as serious as most people might think. Talking to God as my father, as my Shepherd; he told me he has called me into business and charity, but I should use what I have to get started.

Then in 2018 at 16 years old, I started blogging, with understanding of what I am doing and keep seeking for more knowledge. Don't just enter the calling without preparation, you will end up struggling in the field. Yes, God called you, you are in your calling, but you lack knowledge, and that's why you are struggling. Executive.

God called me into business and charity. I heard it clearly to me, and also from three persons to me, same message. Same calling, same mission. Study Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Daniel from the Bible — the spirit of the truth said to me at my teenage age, don't venture into any business you don't understand or else you will end up struggling.

Executive. So don't venture into any business you don't understand, for you to succeed fast, seek God first, and approach any business on knowledge based. Any business owner or person that wants to achieve extra ordinary result, must apply uncommon approach, knowledge based approach — to secure great results.

Doing it the way many are doing, result to common outcomes. For you to be great, it requires knowledge based approach, you to be different. Not base on assumptions but on proven principles that works. Assumption is the mother of frustration, for you to be frustrated in life, follow people's opinions and wavering assumptions.

I have vowed not to do anything on common sense, I hate common sense. Why? Common sense gives common results. If I don't understand the system, I study how the system works before leaving it. Put God first and good values at the centre of everything.

Executive. Study biographies and histories of the people and institutions you admired or desired to be. The persons and institutions you want to climb to; you can't achieve greatness without following the steps of great people. No giant is born without following the proven principles and strategies that build giants.

I started with blogging, because I am a writer, studied Linda Ifeoma Ikeji, and got proper understanding of using blogger (blogspot) by Google and making money from blog monetisation. That is where my business journey started. Before then, I love writing, reading, studying and learning everyday — because we are in the ever learning world.

I did not studied only Linda Ikeji, I studied four top Nigerian blogger, four top American bloggers and three top Ghanaian bloggers with three South African bloggers. To know their patterns and systems, and their principles and their ways and their paths.

Your downfall begins when you are bigger than learning. And for you to know more, write. I have studied many companies and individuals, ranging from ministries to businesses to investments to fashion to sports to politics to technology innovation to idea generations, etc. So I am not surprised that I am scaling fast and very successful, being always relevant in my field.

Go and study marketing, advertising, business growth, church growth, financial multiplication, financial management, charitable foundation growth, etc. So you will have large knowledge on every side, relation to your field. No knowledge is a waste, the knowledge you acquired today, will save you great lost tomorrow. Ignorance is more expensive than education — I have lost contents, business functions due to ignorance — I have been moving slowly in my business same to ignorance.

Executive. Thanks to Adonay!

Ecclesiastes 9 vs. 10 (KJV) — “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.”

This scripture is a call to excellence and diligence. Life is temporary, and opportunities don’t last forever — so whatever you are called to do today, give it your best. Do not wait for perfect conditions or applause. God values faithful work, not idle intentions. Whether you are serving, studying, building, or creating, do it wholeheartedly as unto the Lord.

You are waiting for a perfect job, stop — start with what your hand have hold. Do it well and excellently, because success follow excellence. I was still learning web development using PHP, while blogging on blogger (blogspot), I did my work well, and I step up great little by little.

Executive. You are given a gate keeper job, please do it well and keep educating yourself to be better in your life. You won't stay there forever. I learnt this from Joseph, from David, from Daniel — these men in the Bible, handle their tasks well, with excellence and you see, success followed them.

Whatever your hand find to do, at legitimate cost, do it well. Not stealing, not frauding, not hook-up, not robbery, not at illegal cost. But at legitimate cost, whatever your hand finds to do — do it well. You are in school, study well, bet on yourself, get good result out of school.

The truth is this: mediocrity is a choice, but so is excellence. Your hands are instruments of purpose — use them well while you still have time. What you do with your hands today can echo in eternity. Executive.

There is no future for an idle man, there is no vision for a blind man. Because you are good in something, does not necessarily that's your calling. You are looking for a big job, why not start from where you are. Be productive, have right approach to work — that small task at hand: can be a training ground for you, for bigger opponents.

You must train yourself or you get trashed out! Executive. You must keep training yourself, so you won't be drained in the challenges of this world. You must train yourself or you get trashed out: maybe through the window. What a pity? Whatever your hands find to do, do it well. Be diligent, be productive, be fruitful, be powerful!
