We Cannot Be In Control Tomorrow, If We Cannot Manage Today Effectively!

We cannot be in control tomorrow, if we cannot manage today effectively. We cannot lead people tomorrow, if we do not direct ourselves today. We cannot earn massive tomorrow, if we fail to learn of history and current affairs. Executive, this is the truth, only those that sit down privately to beautify their lives, stand out publicly tomorrow. When we understand the difference between patience and wasting time, the better we scale up.

What I am saying is this? The only way for we to stand tall and be of majestic command in the industry we find ourselves, is as the result of our depth of insights in the field we belong to. We cannot be following the market trends, and expect us to control the market. I have always said, that behind any trend there is a trend setter. And for we as a company to take the lead, we must walk with the truth. Trends come and go, but the truth stand sure!

We at Et Cetera (Real Estate) Group, we don't need to make noise for us to create news. I never made noise, but I have been creating news since my 17 years old, the records are there to speak. This is what I am telling you, Executive, leave the land selling to them that want to, leave the house selling to them that want to. Let's do the real estate as real estate with difference. There are housing problems in Nigeria not land problem. There are affordability problems in Nigeria not presence problems. You can never be a billionaire purely from real estate, I have studied and I know what I am saying.

Records breakers don't retain old records, they break forth. So we cannot be lying to the people about the future of real estate with calculated assumptions. Nothing moves me, I am an Industrialist. You cannot tell me to buy land close to any establishment, advertising development. There will always be land even till Christ comes, it may not be in this area but another area are available. For we to know the outcome, we must listen to what great minds of other industries are talking about real estate and housing. We must associate with other fields of play to address our own industry — if we want to be relevant and remain alive in the future.

If my Lord, Jesus Christ, will tarry. Et Cetera (Real Estate) Group is the world global real estate giant. There are thousands of real estate companies in Nigeria and Africa but Africa still have thousands of millions of housing issues, is it that there is no land. Pass through the road of Lagos, Rivers, and Abuja — the real estate and housing adverts is mouth watering. But why is housing problems not solved, because majority are in it for profit not for solution. An entrepreneur creates solution, a business person manages that solution as business for more profitability and growth.

Executive, I tell you, it is not so in Nigeria and Africa. So I have to studied real estate giants in the U.S, England, India, and others. I studied selected up to 20 real estate companies that have been in existence for 200 to 1000 years — to know their operations, their solutions, their backgrounds, their governments, their people, their managements, their business models. So after that exhaustive study, I said Et Cetera (Real Estate) Group is the new world global real estate giant. 

We cannot be doing what others are doing and expect a different result. We cannot be assuming the next market waves in the real estate industry. Assumption is the mother of frustration, except we want to be frustrated by government policies, world system changes — then let's assume. But I won't let that! Real estate is more than land selling, properties selling. If you don't know and understand the business aspect of real estate you will end with no trace tomorrow. Because they are buying from us today doesn't guarantee that tomorrow they will keep buying from us. 

History have shown us that many billions U.S dollars real estate companies are dead and some are silence today. I can remember in my JSS 2, 2go social network was at the top, today Facebook took it. MySpace was ranking in USA, before they knew it, Facebook took the lead. Britain was the leader in economy and influence, before they knew it, the America took it over! What people don't learn from history that's what we are learning from history. We have properties commerce, properties investments, land banking, monetary pooling for properties, and many more. 

Wherever you see challenges, there are only wrappings of opportunities hidden inside them. But we cannot see them because we are short-term. Buy now, and by next month the price will skyrocketed to higher amounts! Sorry that is not working for us, leave it to them. We are building, we are selling, we are renting, we are investing, we are making the public to be rich without buying or owning a property, we are cultivating lands for agricultural business, we are everywhere, we are global empire. The market woman is tired of paying rents, but she cannot buy a house because these real estate companies are after their gains. We have to come in, and solve the housing problems, we are the solution!

When we focus on solving people's housing problems, national housing issues — the people will solve our financial problems, the government will give to us financially! It is strategic blueprint we have to draw from proven knowledge not assumptions. Executive, no one can be exceedly rich doing real estate alone, we must incorporate stock market in it, we must incorporate holding third parties investments in it, we must incorporate government relations in it, we must incorporate social responsibilities and charity in it. Then be present in every nation of the world little by little in the process of time.

If Christ Jesus will tarry, then you will see that Et Cetera (Real Estate) Group is global giant empire. Whether we sell or not, we will still sit on huge revenue surpassing billions of hard currencies monthly. For we to be ahead of the economy, we must be seven or eight step ahead in the game. So we have to step aside, sit down, and study the game beyond traditional real estate business, then come back and play the game as master; study the rules and play better than the others. Executive, so therefore study to show yourself approve towards being the giant in the industry!
