VIDEO: Outrage As Vendor Is Filmed Cutting Hair Of Asian Girl For Sale

A video of a hair vendor cutting the hair of a Vietnamese girl for sale has surfaced on social media, drawing outrage from netizens.

The now trending video revealed the moment a lady working in a hair factory cut the hair of the girl to prove that she sells original baby thin hair from donors.

Netizens have since begun to express disapproval for the act.

Chinnylee shared the video on X with the caption, “One day, we’ll discuss how creepy and fetishy it is that black women actually buy the real hair of Asian women and wear it on our heads.

“If other races sold our 4c hair and wore it everyday, it would be considered racist or borderline weird so how is this normalized?”

Another X user, Elani Afari, commented, “One day we’ll also talk about how same black women will insūlt other black women for not spending obscene amounts of money on “original” Asian hair.”

Mr_00spread asked, “Why are black women so uncomfortable with their natural hair?”

Ria Kosher tweeted, “If white people did this, it would be termed ‘cultural appropriation.’ I see blacks adapted into white folktale movies and just laugh because I know if it were the other way round, we won’t hear word with racism.”

A tweep, Joan_Ukeri, opined that the girl was not happy donating her hair. She wrote, “I know this girl wasn’t happy about this deep down. How you just cut someone’s hair like that without remorse?”

Nyiko commented, “I really wish black women could see how great they are, knew their true value and embraced their true selves as blacks and African. Black women are rough diamonds of the highest value.”
