Trevel raises $1 million to expand EV fleet, targets 500 vehicles by March 2027

EV mobility platform Trevel has raised $1 million in a funding round co-led by India Accelerator, Finvolve, the Haldiram Family Office and Rohit Qamra. The round also included participation from RMRN Ventures, BP Jain Holdings, Bipin Preet Singh, Aakash Goyal, Aakash Anand, Aditya Singh and other investors. Founded in 2025 by Mishu Ahluwalia, Rishi Raj Kochhar and Sahil Jindal, Trevel offers EV-based airport transfers, city rides and hourly rentals across Delhi NCR. Its current fleet includes the MG Windsor EV, MG ZS EV, Kia Carens Clavis EV and BYD e6. The Gurugram-based startup plans to use the funds to expand its electric vehicle fleet, strengthen its technology platform, increase marketing activity and improve operations. EV mobility platform Trevel has raised $1 million in a funding round co-led by India Accelerator, Finvolve, the Haldiram Family Office and Rohit Qamra.

Earlier in April, Mishu Ahluwalia, co-founder and CEO of Trevel, said the startup was building a system where “pricing is fixed and rides are guaranteed.”

Trevel has signed memorandums of understanding with MG Motor India and Kia India to support future fleet expansion. It plans to add about 25 vehicles each month and expand its fleet to 500 vehicles by March 2027.

It has also introduced Trevel 2.0, an updated version of its technology platform. According to Trevel, it has completed more than 5,000 rides since launch, with more than 70% of customers returning for repeat bookings.
