“To Fix The Nation, Fix The Man” — Didi-Omah Augustine Chinazaekpere

Executive. It is said, when you fix the man, the nation will fix itself. Yes, that's true. To fix a nation, you have to fix the man, even the Bible said so in the Book of Proverbs. 

But how can a man be fix, to fix the nation, I do say, the problem of Nigeria are Nigerians. To fix a man, fix his mindset. For out of the heart, is the issues of life. As a man thinks so he is. Be ye transform by the renewing of your mind. 

Everything channel down to the mindset, to the heart. The brain plus the heart is equal to the mindset. Executive. The brain plus the heart is equal to the mindset. You must educate yourself, you must feed yourself regularly with the knowledge of the truth, you must be updated with relevant information. 

To educate is to inform, and to inform is to educate. Education is the passing down of information. Information is the source of education, and education is the path to knowledge, and knowledge is the power. The hearts of the oppressed is the power of the oppressors, there is no mountain anywhere it is man's ignorance that is the mountain stopping him from achieving success. 

To fix the man, fix his mindset. To fix the nation, fix the man. When you become a transformational leader, you empower others to be productive and value added. When everyone is profitable in nature, value added and empowered; they stay above poverty, above lack, and above ignorance. 

Invest in knowledge to create the actual future you desire. Invest in knowledge by getting relevant information, getting updated insights — to empower you for greatness. Nothing empowers above insights. Executive.
