“The Social Media Platforms That Contributed Greatly To My Personal Development” — Didi-Omah Reveals

The social media platforms that contributed greatly to my personal development and brain improvements for free are YouTube and Facebook. I followed great minds on YouTube and Facebook — to learn from their contents and posts. That's why you see doacWeb today because the knowledge from YouTube and Facebook plays good role.

They are social media that most people waste their time and destiny. Few people use it to learn and develop themselves. I followed Christian platforms; Church Gist, Heavenly Mandate, Kenneth Copeland Ministries, and more. Followed accounts that published interviews of business people, entrepreneurs, engineers that impact the society positively, and news platforms — so I can be current in the affairs happening around me.

A white lady posted on Facebook around early 2026, I believe within the first four months of the year 2026. That if you prompt an AI to deliver a task, and it did not deliver the task according to your desires or accurately. Who is the problem? You or the AI. Executive, her answer is you. You are the problem. That means you are a bad team leader. Your team is not delivering excellent results because of you. That post changed my mindset of task giving.

I began building myself on task giving and result delivery. When you give an AI a task and it delivers excellent results! You are the one that made it, you are good at communication. A bad communication delivers bad outcomes; but when you communicate the task well, it delivers a great outcome. So before you blame your team of a bad result, check the way you communicate the task to them, did you make them understand the details, was your input clear and simple. Even if it is a complex task, with a simple details in achieving it and an understanding communication done — they will deliver a high result of excellence.

Executive, what are you doing with social media — are you building yourself or you are wasting yourself? Are you learning or you are just chatting for fun? Are you creating content of values or you are scrolling away your time?. In one interview, Mark Zuckerberg, owner of Facebook, said, “everyday he ask himself what will he do today to get closer to his vision and goal”.

Mark Zuckerberg, what a great question? Your future is not magic — it is built by your day to day activities. They slowly compound into the future. So the statement of “I had plans but the government give me their own plan” — is from a lazy careless mugu! You hear me, from a lazy careless mugu! Get up! Nobody is coming to save you, you are to save your future to be great. You blame your team but you have not fix yourself. A great team is built by a great leader.

I am forever grateful to founder of YouTube and now the owners of YouTube, Google Inc., I will never forget how Wikipedia and WikiHow built me up from my primary school years till date, I still use Wikipedia and WikiHow mostly. Adonay bless them greatly — I pray. My foundation will be donating money into the Wikipedia Foundation to help them continue the free work that they have began. A platform that doesn't make money at all, only through charity donations, while won't I donate to them. Wikipedia and WikiHow.

A student is only as good as his teacher, and become greater than his teacher through his own personal development. So you have a poor team because you are poor. Your staffs are struggling financially because you are struggling financially. Jesus Christ uses the night to fix Himself, then by day time He leads. So you must first fixed yourself before you fix others.

I will bless you and make you a blessing to nations. That is to say, God blesses us to be a blessing to nations. You have a dedicated staff that has worked for you for over ten years, to say, and he is still a tenant and struggling! While you are swimming in money and abundance. Hey, it is coming from me, Didi-Omah Augustine Chinazaekpere. Executive, you are a wicked person. Every night, I pray for my wife and children, pray for my staff, pray for my top management. 

Because even the gatekeeper in my house must have a good life, and come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved in Jesus Christ — it is not by force or a must — but it is by God's grace. Let the stranger around you, eat of the good. Let your servants follow the commands I have given to you, and let them rest when thou rested. What a great God? Making you rich to make your staff rich.

I have said it before, written it before — and I will repeat it again. My amazing, beautiful, lovely, peerless, magnificent, sexy, gracious, virtuous, gifted — wife. The mother of my favourite great children, my helpmeet, my right one, what a lovely woman indeed. Now here is the message: despite she is the queen of my empire, she has no given rights to slap, insult, or abused any of my staff. Be it my domestic staff at home or my corporate staff at business.

Because she is not the one that employs them and she is not the one that gives them food to eat. God did through us, by blessing me with ideas that employs people to work with and for me at my companies. We are wealthy because of the favour of God not by our efforts. It is God that prospers me not my business. Executive, learn to be a master that have wealthy staff and servants like Abraham and Isaac.

No wonder they never struggle in business. Their servants was the one opening new water well, if one closes — and I was wondering why? Then the Spirit of Truth show me in the Book of Genesis when Abraham was questioning Adonay about his heir, and he mentioned his wealthiest servant before God. What? So Abraham was so wealthy that he even have wealthiest staff — it is come to your knowledge that the richest servant of Abraham was not richer than Abraham (his master) but he was richer than Pharaoh (himself) not Egypt. 

A servant of Abraham was richer than a king of Egypt in the era of Abraham. How wealthy was Abraham. A great man is known by the people his hand have served. A wealthy man is known by the amount of people he made rich through his wealth. He that is wise save a soul, so you become wise by saving one soul for Jesus Christ — according to the Bible. Was any servant of King Solomon known to be poor, even Solomon said that his numerous servants were rich and began to marry and born in his empire, fearing to leave — not because he is evil or wicked. 

But he is great and kind and wise and wealthy. Why should one not leave Abraham and build this own business? No I will work for Abraham till I die, but you are wealthy. Yes, I love working for a man that made me wealthy through his business. People leaves mostly when the leader or the system is not favourable to them. Let me reveal something to you, many Christians are following Jesus Christ because of the benefits from Him and heaven. Let Jesus Christ don't promise heaven at last, and God hold back His blessings — you see as Satan, many will become their own force. 

We should stop decorating ourselves with deceits and hiding under the shadows of we are managing. The hand have five fingers, until you open your hands before the five fingers will spread — that how it is. When you focus on making your staff successful and rich through your business — by improving the lives of people and making your customers happy. Executive, you will see that before the end of the month, some of the company little expenses have been covered up by those that became rich through you.

Abraham and Isaac did it, and I learnt from them. The early church did it in Acts 2; and the church grew in resources — that they lack nothing. Souls, money, houses, cars, clothes — they lack nothing. And the LORD grant them favour before the people. That is to say, when you are generous through your business, the government will be generous to you. Gbam! I have given you expo, if you like if Jesus Christ will tarry, tag me any name in the future. I will focus on my field and serve God first and then humanity. Because bad water does not stop the plant from growing, it makes the plant more successful.

Executive, I will end by saying, you want to be celebrated, be ready for gossips. You want to be wealthy, be ready for envy. You want to be successful, be ready for bad words and accusations. The hatred of men cannot stop God's blessings on you — your haters can't stop Adonay from blessing you. Above all, focus on your job, build yourself, Serve God with your heart and resources, and raise men — and shock them with the next success achievement. More Success To You!
