Tems reveals the job she would’ve chosen had she not pursued music

Nigerian singer Tems has shared what her career path might have been if she hadn’t pursued music.

In a recent interactive session with fans on X, she revealed that she would likely have become an accountant or a mathematics teacher, noting her strong interest in numbers.

Responding to a fan who asked what she would be doing if music hadn’t worked out, Tems explained that she had once been on a more traditional career path. Before committing fully to music, she worked as a digital marketer, a job she left in January 2018 to follow her artistic ambitions.
