We can make an effort, but the result of our effort is never under our control. Sometimes, we give our best but don't yield the results as expected.

It hurts when the outcome is not as anticipated, but it worsens when people compare us to those who made it through and put us down, knowing how hard we tried. Remember, we all have different capabilities and situations. A person can give their best, and if you know they have, they need to be appreciated regardless.

Never discourage anyone for their unsuccessful attempt. Instead, encourage them to overcome their disappointment and give them the strength to improve themselves.
