Shaibu Has Been In Govt Since 1999; Things Cannot Go Your Way Everytime -Tunji Abdulhameed

In an exclusive interview with TVC News, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stalwart, Tunji AbdulHameed, has cautioned former Edo State Deputy Governor, Philip Shaibu, over his recent anti-party activities.

Shaibu, who was expelled from the PDP for supporting the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate in the forthcoming governorship election, has been accused of working against the party’s interests.

Abdulhameed, in his remarks, advised Shaibu to accept the party’s decision and wait for his next opportunity rather than causing trouble. He noted that Shaibu has had a long history in government, serving in various capacities since 1999, and should therefore understand the importance of party loyalty.

In his words;

“If things doesn’t go your way, It’s not everytime, it’ll will go your way. Mr Philip Shaibu has been in government since 1999, he was a member of the House of Assembly, House of Representatives, he has gotten all that, So if he doesn’t get it now, you’ll go and queue and wait for your time and if you don’t want to support the party, you can even fold your arm and sit down in your house, don’t make statement that’ll bring the party to disrepute”..……See More
