The Nigerian police and the INEC officials were used by the Rivers State government to cause violence and electoral malpractice in Omuma LGA. 

Bollot boxes and Bivas Machine carted away by PDP thugs, the voting boots destroyed, ad-hoc staffs forcefully taken to an unknown destination with a sienna bus.

Some APC members who were seen in the polling units were abducted.

Security men were not deployed to the various units. 

The ad-hoc staffs purposely refused to upload results making claims that network was poor.
