Did you know that a Twitter user who correctly predicted the death of Queen Elizabeth II on July 6 has delivered a verdict on when King Charles III will die, and that while details of the Queen's funeral have been announced there is no specific schedule in place for his coronation.?

While King Charles III has intensified his work following the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, his easily irritable demeanour has attracted attention. The situation has made headlines in the United Kingdom, as well as the rest of the world, with users on Twitter stating he should abdicate the position and allow his son William to take over.

One particular tweet has attracted a lot of attention, as a user who correctly predicted Queen Elizabeth II would pass away on July 6 has delivered their verdict on when King Charles III will die. According to Logan Smith, the current monarch will pass on March 28, 2026 at the age of 77. King Charles III was born in November 1948. Given Smith's prediction for Elizabeth came true, his latest prophecy has garnered attention.

Meanwhile the date and funeral details have been announced. Queen Elizabeth, the longest-reigning British monarch in history, died on Thursday (8th September 2022) at her Scottish residence Balmoral Castle, where she was surrounded by her family. The 96-year-old passed away peacefully at Balmoral, Buckingham Palace announced.

The new King, Charles, and the Queen Consort, Camilla, remained at Balmoral for the evening and then returned to London, according to the Palace. The news came just hours after the Palace shared that the Queen's doctors were concerned for her health, and just a few days after meeting with her 15th prime minister, Liz Truss.

Buckingham Palace did not immediately announce the date of the funeral, sharing: "Following the death of Her Majesty The Queen, it is His Majesty The King's wish that a period of Royal Mourning be observed from now until seven days after The Queen’s Funeral. The date of the Funeral will be confirmed in due course. Royal Mourning will be observed by Members of the Royal Family, Royal Household staff and Representatives of the Royal Household on official duties, together with troops committed to Ceremonial Duties."

As monarch, the Queen will be given a state funeral, which will take place on Monday, September 19, 2022. It is expected that the Archbishop of Canterbury, who is the senior bishop of the Church of England, will lead the service. However, in the days prior to the funeral, the United Kingdom will mark a period of mourning in which Queen Elizabeth's body will lie in state, and the public will likely be able to pay their respects.

Here is the order of events before the funeral:

▪️On Sunday, September 11, the Queen's coffin will travel to Edinburgh, where it will rest at the Palace of Holyroodhouse

▪️On Monday, September 12, the coffin will be conveyed to St Giles' Cathedral in a procession with King Charles and members of the royal family. They will then attend a service at St Giles' Cathedral, and after, the public will be allowed to pay their respects.

▪️On Tuesday, September 13, the Queen's coffin will travel to London via RAF aircraft, accompanied by Princess Anne

▪️From Wednesday, September 14, through Sunday, September 18, the Queen will lie in state at Westminster Hall.

▪️Upon his mother's death, Charles immediately became king, but there is no specific schedule in place for his coronation.
