Retired army colonel found de@d in camp guest room

Colonel BT Vandi, a retired officer of the Nigerian Army, was discovered de@d at the Defence Academy base camp on Vom Road, Jos. The retired colonel was found unresponsive in his room by an attendant at approximately 3:20 PM on July 17, just a few hours after he had checked in the previous day. Sources indicate that Col Vandi checked into the camp's guest room on July 16 and was found de@d on July 17.
