If you ask me between purpose driven companies and profit driven companies; I will choose purpose driven companies. 

Aligning with a purpose is more than just doing good. It's about creating a sense of meaning and shared values that unite employees, customers and stakeholders around a common goal. 

Research has show that purpose driven companies are more profitable than those that focused on profit. 

No project, no progress. To achieve progress, set a project — put plans, venture into it, executes and you will see success.

Focus on one role. Do what should be done and not what you could do. Complete the tesk or project, before perfecting. Eye progress not perfection.

Purpose driven companies are more profitable than profit driven companies. Purpose driven companies outperform their peers regarding revenue growth, job creation, and stock performance. Employees of purpose driven companies report higher levels of job satisfaction and engagement.

Executive. Don't make wealth in time, make wealth with time. Because time is infinite, so will your wealth be.
