Police Arrest 29-Yr-Old Man, Nura Bilya With 40 Wraps Of Arrezonna Drugs In Lagos

In a swift operation, the Lagos State Police Command has apprehended a 29-year-old man, identified as Nura Bilya, for allegedly possessing 40 wraps of suspected hard drugs known as Arrezonna. The arrest took place in the bustling Alaba International Market area of Ojo, Lagos State.

According to SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, the arrest followed actionable intelligence received about drug trafficking activities in the Ojo locality. Hundeyin disclosed in a WhatsApp chat with reporters that a patrol team from the Ojo Division swiftly responded to the tip-off.

"At approximately 1:45 p.m., we received information regarding drug movement in the Ojo area of Lagos State," Hundeyin stated. "Upon receiving this information, our patrol team proceeded to the scene and apprehended Nura Bilya, aged 29, at Alaba International Market. He was found in possession of 40 wraps of suspected Arrezonna hard drugs."

The suspect and the recovered exhibits were promptly taken into custody, where preliminary investigations into the case have already commenced. Hundeyin emphasized that the Lagos State Police Command remains committed to combating drug-related offenses and ensuring the safety and security of residents across the state.
