Why Alessandra Tested...

Test Results...

  • Mood. I’ve never worn a patch for anything, so I wasn’t sure how fast-acting or effective these would be. I was pleasantly surprised. I stuck the patch on the underside of my wrist after waking up and within an hour (and a half-shot of espresso later) I felt focused, but calm. I noticed that the hardest parts of my travel day (long lines, traffic, last-minute packing) weren’t causing my usual shortness of breath or an oncoming tension headache. I was traveling for a bachelorette party and was in charge of decorating the home we were staying at. This patch kept me cool as a cucumber until I tucked myself into bed that night.

  • Ease of use. My favorite thing about these patches is how easy (and cute) they are to wear. Each pack comes with multiple sheets of small patches that go on like a sticker and become practically invisible. Every time I wore one, I’d forget it was stuck onto me within 10 minutes. I love that they give you multiple patches for the price, so I felt stocked up the entire weekend (and even offered a few to the other bridesmaids).

  • Clean-up. These patches are very thin and sticky, which kept the corners from lifting off my skin. Because I often forgot I was wearing them, I’d usually peel them off before bed. I noticed that while there wasn’t any sticky residue, I could still see an outline of the patch’s edges on my wrist, probably from soap or dust picked up throughout the day. This small dark frame was a little harder to wipe off which was more annoying than anything.

  • Sleep. Like Alessandra, I was skeptical about how effective a little wearable patch would be, and I was pleasantly surprised. This made me feel gently drowsy within about 20-30 minutes and I drifted off to sleep within an hour. It didn’t necessarily keep me asleep all night, but on the plus side, I didn’t wake up feeling groggy/hungover as I do with some sleep supplements.

  • Ease of use. I think the major value here is the ease of use (you literally stick it on your wrist and forget about it) and portability aspect. Overall it’s definitely not as effective as other supplements (and I’ve tried many), but to be fair, I’m a tough case and I haven’t seen another product like this out there for sleep.

  • Travel-friendly. I’ll definitely be bringing a sheet with me when I travel this spring and summer. They’re easy to throw in your wallet, purse, or back pocket. I also appreciate that they have other patches that might be helpful for travel days, specifically, like the energy-boosting and stress-relieving options.
