The Organization DIDI-OMAH was founded in Rivers State, 2022 as doac, Charitable Foundation (Didi-Omah Augustine Chinazaekpere, Charitable Foundation)

Then in August 30, 2024; doac, Invest. approved a new changed name from 'doac, Charitable foundation' to 'DIDI-OMAH'. In July 2026, 'The Organization DIDI-OMAH', was adopted as it's official name while still mainting DIDI-OMAH as it's major name which can also be seen in it's official logo.
