Gurugram-based lender Oxyzo Financial Services, a technology-driven NBFC focused on SME financing, is set to acquire bond investment platform GoldenPi Technologies and its affiliate GoldenPi Securities, as the non-banking finance company expands into the retail fixed-income investment market.

Oxyzo, the financial services arm of OfBusiness, said the acquisition would strengthen its presence in debt capital markets and broaden its offerings for retail and high-net-worth investors.

The company, which focuses primarily on lending to small and medium-sized enterprises, reported assets under management of about Rs 10,700 crore as of March 2026. Earlier this year, it also launched a private credit fund under its alternative investment platform.

“We are excited to welcome the GoldenPi team into the Oxyzo family. This will enable us to significantly enhance our fixed income offerings and capture a larger share of the fast-growing debt investment market,” said Anuj Sharma, business head of fixed income at Oxyzo.

He added that the combined business was “perfectly positioned to create substantial value for all stakeholders”.

Founded in 2017 by Abhijit Roy and Samir Baran Pratihar, Bengaluru-based GoldenPi operates through GoldenPi Securities, a SEBI-registered online bond platform provider and debt broker that allows retail investors to invest in listed corporate bonds, government bonds, fixed deposits and non-convertible debentures (NCDs).

It has built a user base of more than 1.6 million investors, who have collectively invested over Rs 6,000 crore through the platform since its launch. The company also claims to have recorded zero defaults to date, GoldenPi said.

GoldenPi has previously received backing from investors including Rainmatter Capital and Utpal Sheth.

Oxyzo reported operating revenue of Rs 1,207 crore in FY25, up from Rs 903 crore in FY24. Profit after tax rose to about Rs 340 crore from Rs 291 crore a year earlier.
