Nusuk App Transforms the Hajj and Umrah Experience With More Than 130 Digital Services

Saudi Arabia continues advancing its digital transformation in Hajj and Umrah services through Nusuk, which has become one of the Kingdom’s leading digital platforms for pilgrims after surpassing 51 million users across more than 190 countries worldwide.

The platform offers over 130 digital services designed to simplify the pilgrim journey from initial travel planning to completing rituals, as part of the efforts led by Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to enhance the experience of pilgrims and improve service quality.

Nusuk serves as an integrated platform bringing together organizational, guidance, educational, and enrichment services into one unified digital ecosystem, replacing procedures that were previously spread across multiple entities.

The app allows users to issue Umrah and visit permits, organize access to the Two Holy Mosques, book appointments at Al Rawdah Al Sharifah, and access travel-related services including hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and flight coordination.

Nusuk also provides smart maps and navigation services inside the holy sites and surrounding areas, alongside crowd-management technologies that help improve organization, safety, and the overall visitor experience.

The platform extends beyond logistics by offering spiritual and educational guidance, including step-by-step instructions for performing rituals, prayer times, supplications, and Qibla direction features, making it a comprehensive digital companion throughout the pilgrimage journey.
